Grow With The Flow is where I share practical ways for beginners to step into self-care, yoga, mindfulness, and tarot practices. You’ll find easy-to-follow guides, real-life reflections, and beginner-friendly tools to help you feel grounded, empowered, and tuned in with yourself.
In my work as a coach with hundreds of clients over the last 5 years, one thing I’ve heard over and over is that folks can’t find the time to build a sustainable self-care routine. The practices they’ve tried often feel too big, too time-consuming, or just don’t seem to work. My approach has always been to introduce self-care tools that can be implemented in just minutes a day—so they’re easier to integrate, sustainable over time, enjoyable, and actually effective. After watching so many people transform their lives using these simple yet powerful tools, I wanted to make them accessible to more people—starting with you.
